What Aseel Campaigns Offer

Aseel allows anyone to start a campaign for various causes they wish to support. These causes include relief for emergencies, humanitarian causes, health, education and institutional. With Aseel, supporting any cause in Afghanistan from anywhere in the world is easier and effortless. Aseel staff and Atalan members will help implement your fundraising campaign and respond to the cause for which the fundraising campaign has been initiated.

How Campaigns Work?

1. Starting a campaign

To start a campaign on the Aseel, individuals or organizations need to fill and submit the campaign form available on the Aseel website

Filling out this form requires you to choose a name for your campaigns, a target amount, deadline, upload your desired photo to be featured on the campaigns website, a description of the campaign and as well as add your bio as the campaign organizers. Once the campaign form is submitted, the Aseel Campaign Team reviews to ensure it aligns with ethical conduct policies.

Upon authorization, the campaign is activated and ready to raise fund, and campaign organizers can begin promoting their campaigns through various social media channels to attract donations.

2. Promotion Stage:

After the campaign is live, we are getting into the promotion stage. During the promotion, the campaign organizer is responsible for raising funds for their campaign. Interested individuals, non-profit organizations, and legal entities can contribute to campaigns through secure online payment options. Aseel emphasizes transparency and public trust, ensuring complete accountability and transparency in all transactions. Aseel does not levy any percentage-based charges on the revenue generated during the promotion stage, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

3. Distribution Stage:

Once the campaign target is met, the funds raised are distributed to the targeted beneficiaries. Campaign organizers can provide a list of beneficiaries, or the Aseel Atalan Network conducts thorough surveys to identify those in need. The Aseel Operation Team, in collaboration with the Atalan Network, ensures that funds reach the intended beneficiaries and are utilized for their intended purposes. Aseel charges a 16% operation cost on the delivery of relief packages, which includes an  issuance fee of $1, a logistics fee of $5, and a nominal 5% operation fee including the current value of each package.

• Reporting Stage: Following each campaign distribution, the Aseel team provides four complete reports to campaign organizers.

• Operation Report: The operation report offers a concise overview of the distribution location, number of beneficiaries, package type, and the total cost of the packages. It also highlights all campaign activities conducted during the process.

• Omid ID Report: The second report is the Omid ID Report, which provides a detailed list of the issued Omid IDs to recipients who received assistance. This report enables organizers to maintain accurate beneficiary records.

• Visual/Media Report: We offer campaign organizers with media content that includes high-quality photos and videos captured during the distribution process, effectively showcasing the campaign's impact on beneficiaries. These valuable materials can be utilized to promote the campaign and raise awareness about the work accomplished.

• Donor Report: We provide campaign organizers with a Donor Report that includes the names of all donors who contributed to the campaign. This report helps organizers to acknowledge the generosity of donors and inspire further contributions.
